Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Language Requirements
- Must have passed Higher Secondary (+2 / Class 12) from a recognized Board/Council (CHSE Odisha or equivalent).
- Odia Language Proficiency: Must be able to read, write, and speak Odia. Candidates must have passed the M.E. School examination or higher with Odia as a language subject, or passed the Odia test conducted by the School & Mass Education Department.

Pay Scale & Salary Structure
- Initial Monthly Pay: ₹13,300 to ₹19,900 per month during initial placement.
